Welcome to the B2B matching system,

In this page you will find the summary information about your requests for appointments.

Through the menu items at the top of the page you can access the various sections of the platform, which are explained below.

How to use the platform:

  1. Fill out your Profile:
    fill in and keep updated every section of your company profile, essential tool to present your company to other participants
     
  2. Indicate your Time availability:
    clicking on the slots, you can signal in green the time slots in which you are available to have meetings, in red those where you are not available
     
  3. Request appointments to Participants:
    view the companies in the list of participants and request appointments to companies of your interest
     
  4. Manage your appointment Requests:
    put in order the requests you made on the base of the importance you attribute to the meeting (5 stars: utmost important);
    do not leave outstanding requests: accept or decline the appointments received
     
  5. Check your Agendas:
    - appointments are automatically scheduled by the platform on the participants agendas, according to their time availability, maximizing the number of meetings.
    - once the agendas are frozen/locked, appointments are set for a certain day and a certain time.
    print your agendas and prepare for the meetings.

PROFILE
In this section you can enter all the information needed to present your company.

  • Company profile: Enter a brief and effective description to present your company, emphasizing the products / services you want to promote on this particular occasion. The more accurate your presentation, the more opportunity to arouse interest and capture the attention of the other participants.
  • Additional specifications: select between the proposed fields that best define your business or the reason for your participation in the event.

AVAILABILITY
In this section you can manage your availability of time.

  • Click on the slots and color in green the time slots in which you are available to have meetings; in red those where you are not available. Appointments are automatically scheduled by the platform in the green slots.

    Nb. do not change your availability after the agendas are frozen without informing the organization.
     
  • If you want to gather your appointments in a specific time slot, color the relative slots in green, and leave the others in the red.

    Nb. remember that if an event of your interest results as "not schedulable" in the Requests section, you can increase your time availability, so that the system has greater possibility of identifying a time slot available for both users in which to plan the meeting, otherwise you can change the order of your appointments requests.

PARTICIPANTS
View the companies in the list of participants and suggested meetings, and request appointments to companies of your interest

  • Filters: select the search criteria to identify companies that are closest to your interests
  • Request appointments: once identified the companies you are interested in, you can view their profile by clicking on "Eye Icon" and request them an appointment using the button "Request Meeting".


Nb.do not forget to accompany appointment requests with a message.

APPOINTMENTS REQUESTS
Manage in complete autonomy your appointment requests: put in order your appointments requests on the basis of the importance you attribute to the meeting (5 stars: utmost important), accept or decline the appointments received–remember to not leave outstanding requests!

  • Put in order the request you made, by bringing to the top the ones you consider most relevant.
  • Schedule an appointment: the accepted appointments are automatically scheduled by the platform on the users agendas, depending on the availability of time indicated by the participants.

You can view the scheduling of events in the Agendas section, where appointments will be definitively established after the agendas freezing.

  • Schedulable appointments: the availability of time corresponds, so the appointment can be arranged and will be automatically placed on your agendas by the platform, depending on the availability of time indicated by the participants.
  • Not schedulable: the appointment can not be organized because the availability of the participants do not coincide. Make yourself more present by updating your time availability.

AGENDA
Your Agendas is optimized by the system to ensure the highest number of appointments to all participants.

  • How it works: accepted appointments are automatically scheduled by the platform on the users agendas, depending on the availability of time indicated by the participants. The appointments will be definitively established after the agendas freezing.
  • Re-scheduled appointments: meetings are continuously re-scheduled until the agendas freezing, based on availability and requests of participants.
  • Agendas freezing: once agendas are frozen, appointments are set for a certain day and a certain time. At this point, you can print your Agenda and prepare for the meetings.
  • Red time slots: these are the time slots when you made yourself not available.
  • Gather appointments: edit your time availability to gather the appointments in a specific time slot, by coloring the relative slots in green and leaving the others in the red.

TIPS ABOUT VIDEO MEETINGS
b.square uses Jitsi Meet to make one to one meetings possible in a video call. This video calling system is web-based and doesn't need to install any software other than a suitable web browser.

You will find all the links to each session in the Agenda, and you can access the call by following the link.

If you want to invite someone to participate in your meetings, share your schedule using the button "Share Agenda" to obtain a direct link.

Here you can find some tips to increase your video meeting experience:

  • test the video call in the days before the event using the dedicated test link on the dashboard;
  • use Chrome or Firefox as a browser. On macOS, users must pay attention that some Safari versions don't allow the use of the camera;
  • prefer a desktop or a portable computer to a mobile device;
  • use your headphones to have a better audio experience;
  • if you have low bandwidth, disable your camera to prioritize the audio.
